The grouting film (new anti-fog film) is reprocessed on the basis of the original polyethylene film, and the high-tech anti fogging agent is treated on the surface of the agricultural film. After the treated shed film, the anti fogging agent adheres tightly to the inner wall of the shed film. A protective layer is formed on the inner surface of the film. When the moisture in the shed touches the inner wall of the shed film, it forms a layer of water film, and then flows along the slope of the shed due to its own gravity, so as to achieve the effect of mist elimination and dripping. The essential difference from the previous film is that the anti-fogging agent exists independently of the film, so that there is no anti-fogging agent, and the falling agent causes precipitation of the anti-fogging and dropping function. In this way, the time required to eliminate fog and drop power depends entirely on the quality of the mist-removing agent and the service life of the agricultural film. Generally, it can reach more than one year.
Grouting film has the following outstanding advantages:
1. Longer service life. Since there is no need to add dripping agents and other additives in the production process, it can not conflict with the aging agent, so that the aging can be fully used to make its service life longer.
2. The light transmission performance is more prominent. The greenhouse film does not contain additives such as dripping agents, and there is no possibility that the auxiliaries will precipitate out. Thus, the light transmittance of the greenhouse film is more prominent.
3. Anti-fog dripping time is longer. Its production process and high-tech antifogging agent determine the excellent antifogging and dripping function of the grouting film.
4. The price is lower than other anti-fog films. Compared with the high-grade anti-fog film, the anti-fog and drip capability is more prominent and the price is relatively low due to its relatively low cost, so that the grouting film is more competitive in the market.
